Terms of service

Last updated: 3 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you (the company using Payslip Drop, and the person accepting for it) and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye. Contact: support@atesensoftware.com.

The service

Payslip Drop splits PDF documents by employee in your browser, offers them as a ZIP download, and, if you connect BambooHR through OAuth, uploads them to employee files in your BambooHR account. Payslip Drop is not made by BambooHR and depends on BambooHR's API, which BambooHR may change or limit.

Your responsibilities

• You check the review list and the dry run before uploading. Automatic assignment only uses exact employee numbers, but you decide what is uploaded and to whom.
• You have the right to process the documents and employee data you use, and you only connect BambooHR accounts you are allowed to manage.
• You do not try to bypass plan limits, rate limits or security controls, and you do not use the service for unlawful content.

Plans and payment

The ZIP download is free. Uploading needs the trial or a paid monthly plan (Starter, Growth or Business) as shown on the pricing section. Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record and handles payment, invoices and tax; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may pause uploads for maintenance or safety. We may change features; we will give paying customers notice of material changes.

Data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You keep all rights in your documents and data.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or BambooHR at risk.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
